The concept of this project was an open and permeable space, reason why the simplicity of materials were thought of.
The main idea was a large smooth cement plate which overflies a wooden ceiling. Both structures were contained from the brik party walls as a reminiscence of the old walls from local houses.
The space is soaked with the constant entrance of natural light which provides movement to the contained activities. The project stands out for its simple lines, solid materials and dialogue with the surrounding environment riddled with low houses.
One story and H shaped, the project proposes three spaces: one front space, semi public and of reception, with views to the patio; another one of the same dimension for the professional’s private activities; and the grand patio with simple gardening. Areas are divided by woods that seem to meet and nestle in the center of the project.
