Robustness, solidity and simplicity.
Those were the three words exposed by the owners from the beginning of Casa Monbón.
Raised in a small location in the interior of Córdoba, the house is a one tory L shaped house, with a large volume able to hold social activities.
Surrounded by patios that bathe the paths and spaces of the house, the project finally is a clear and pure volumetry, conceptualized in an organic minimalism.
Concret as the structural element and the facade’s patagonic details are in harmony with the wood and the travertine siding which were thought to soften the original projections’ brutalism.
